In 2010, we started out as a group of outdoor lover friends who wanted to stay fit to pursue our favorite activities (hiking, running, skiing, climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, swimming, going to the beach...) but neither of us liked the idea of a traditional gym. So we hired a professional fitness coach once a week to get us in shape and over time attracted other like-minded people into our group. In 2018, we created FIT2xplor, an "association a but non lucratif", to ensure long term stability of the group and offer alternatives for those who cannot commit to a session every week.
We meet once a week on Tuesdays (see schedule) for 1½ hours and we share the costs of our trainer (prepamax). If this sounds interesting to you and you would like to train in a friendly atmosphere, contact us or simply stop by and join us for a free trial session.
